One of the most ornamental of the native prairie grasses. Fine-textured, hair-like medium green grass forms a clump that has a unique fragrance and resembles cilantro. Fall foliage turns gold with orange hues. Drought tolerant, likes a well-drained soil. Fantastic lawn alternative.
